DNS issue at server NC018 data centre
16 November 2011 07:53:49 +0000At approximately 04:24 UTC on 16 November, the data centre where server NC018 is located apparently experienced some issues with their DNS servers. At the moment we’ve only had one report from automated systems of a brief issue with SMTP on the server, but this was quickly cleared. There have been no further reports, and we’ve received no reports from clients related to this issue.
Relay server back online

Connectivity issues from Vancouver
30 September 2011 11:43:40 +0000For a couple of hours early in the morning (Pacific time) today, server NC020 was inaccessible from Vancouver. (This also applied to some of our clients with virtual private servers in the same data centre.) Through monitoring tools and other techniques we were able to determine that the server was indeed up and fully operational, so we can only conclude that there must have been some connectivity issue in the Vancouver area that affected all or most ISPs.
