We have temporarily stopped SMTP on server NC018 while we clean up a spam issue. This means that most of our clients will not be able to send email through their own server.
We’re actively working on this issue and will restart SMTP as soon as possible, and post an update here.
We apologise for the inconvenience.
The following four domains that were blocked a couple of weeks ago have been unblocked after liaising with the company involved:

The relay server is once again back online. We apologise for the inconvenience, and are working with the affected client to ensure that this problem is addressed.
The relay server is again offline while we clean up spam. It will be back online again within about half an hour.
The relay server is back online, and the source of the spam has been blocked until that client has re-secured their mail server. Thanks for your patience.
The relay server is offline for a few minutes while we clean up some spam that has been submitted through it. We’ll post an update here when it’s back online.
For the last couple of days we’ve been seeing email to zamtel.zm addresses queued on our mail servers. Not sure what’s happening on their end, but our systems are working fine and mail to other destinations is being delivered normally.
Also, the delivery issues with iwayafrica.com addresses that we’ve been seeing for several months now — in fact, the better part of a year — continue. Email sent to these addresses is usually not delivered for several days, if at all. Again, this issue is with the destination mail servers, and is not under our control.
The spam has been removed from the relay server’s mail queue and it has been restarted. We’re working to resolve this issue with the client in question, and will do our best to ensure that this situation does not happen again.
